As Christians around the world celebrate the holy day, staunch political rivals — U.S. President Joe Biden and Republican forerunner Donald Trump — are sending very different messages on Easter, with the former president attacking his opponent.

In his solemn Easter message, Joe Biden said: “Jill and I send our warmest wishes to Christians around the world as they celebrate Easter. Easter reminds us of the power of hope and the promise of Christ’s resurrection.”

“We pray for each other and cherish the blessings of the dawn of new possibilities,” the 81-year-old Democrat said. “As war and conflict take their toll on innocent lives around the world, we renew our commitment to peace for all. Human safety and dignity.”

Biden’s speech marked the holy day’s sincerity and reverence, while Donald Trump’s wishes were the exact opposite of the president’s on The Truth Society.

Trump, who has been indicted four times, has criticized prosecutors investigating the criminal cases against him, calling federal special prosecutor Jack Smith “unhinged” and Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg “lazy.”

The business tycoon also uploaded a post on his Instagram account that read: “Happy Easter.”

The 77-year-old also harshly criticized the Justice Department, calling Biden “Crooked Joe.”

The actor-turned-politician last week won partial legal relief from the Court of Appeal, which reduced his bail from $464 million to $175 million.

After failing to secure bonds earlier this month, the former president is considered bankrupt and running out of cash due to the huge currency gap between Republicans and Democrats.
