Police Lt. Gen. The operation was initially launched by the Customs Department’s Airport Interdiction Task Force on March 7 at Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport.

Three Nigerian suspects were reportedly waiting to collect the hangers after the shipment arrived in Thailand and passed customs. Photos showed the cocaine hidden in metal tubes on a clothes hanger.

Officials said the suspect was involved in a drug gang and was suspected of being involved in human trafficking on Soi Nana Road in Bangkok, the Bangkok Post reported.
