According to the Israel Defense Forces, 99% of the more than 300 missiles and armed drones launched by Iran towards Israel were intercepted by Israel and its allies.

But the direct attack also raised concerns about a broader war between Iran and Israel, and whether Israel could be able to wage two wars against Hamas and Iran at the same time. Israeli officials say that while they are unwilling, they are able to do so.
