CBS Local reported that the Clark County Sheriff’s Office said last month that Brock called 911 to report that he shot a man who was trying to rob him at his property in South Charleston.
First responders arrived and found Hall lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds and Bullock also suffering injuries to his head and ears.

A preliminary investigation revealed that Brock was the victim of a phone scam involving an incarcerated relative, with the scammer allegedly threatening Brock and demanding money.
Hall, an Uber driver, fell into the scam after receiving communications from the same scammer who contacted Bullock through the Uber app.
The scammers allegedly asked Hall to pick up a package from Bullock’s home and deliver it. But investigators said Hall was unaware of the scam when he drove to Bullock’s residence to pick up the package, according to the report.

Dashcam video of the incident shows Hall walking toward the home and Bullock then pointing a gun at her. After the two walked out of the frame, Hall said, “Stop, stop, or I’m calling 911.”

Immediately gunfire rang out and Bullock said, “No. You can’t leave,” and asked her to give him her phone.
As five more shots were fired, Hall could be heard horribly screaming for help before Bullock again told her to give him her phone.
Hall continued to scream, and the dashcam captured Bullock saying he was going to shoot her in the head.
“Don’t do that. Please don’t do that,” Hall said.
Hall was shot as he tried to get into his car and leave, while Bullock was injured when the two men struggled in the doorway of the car. He allegedly shot Hall two more times.
The Sheriff’s Office did not respond to an inquiry from Fox News Digital about the incident.
Uber told Fox News Digital it has spoken with Hall’s family and is keeping them in mind.

The company also said people who ordered Uber services had their accounts banned.
